About - Richard McLeod
This organization was established in 2013 by
Richard McLeod. The program was created at a pivotal time in my life. I had finally hit rock bottom. Being in such a position allowed me to do something I never did before, and that was take a look at myself and the direction in which my life was heading. I realized that life consisted of two groups of people. The game changers and the game players.
I knew that from that point on that I wanted to be a game changer.
All my life I would hear people say that If you’re not part of the solution, you become part of the problem. I realized
that the best change is one’s actions; especially when no one is around to witness it. I came to the conclusion that I
had a voice and my voice mattered. At that moment I decided that I was going to become part of the solution. I
embedded in me the mentality that role models are the people who dedicate their time and effort to ensure the
betterment of their community and the people around them.
